In a major push toward innovation and process optimization in Latin America, Solomon emerged as the first-place winner in Claro Group’s ‘Innova Claro’ challenge launched by Cristalerías Chile, a leading Chilean company specializing in manufacturing glass containers.
The initiative, developed by Claro Group in partnership with ChileGlobal Ventures, aimed to identify transformative technologies in e-commerce and process automation. The competition attracted over 77 applications from 12 countries. Solomon’s victory underscores its unique position as a global leader in industrial AI solutions.

The Challenge and Solomon’s Winning Solution

Cristalerías Chile presented a high-stakes challenge: to automate and optimize supply chain processes for more efficient inventory and transportation management.
The jury awarded the top prize to Solomon, renowned worldwide for its 3D vision systems and industrial AI applications. The winning solution was SolVision, Solomon’s AI vision system for quality inspection and defect detection. In this challenge, SolVision was successfully deployed to detect defects in glass bottles on a fast-moving conveyor, completing the quality control process within seconds.
By leveraging advanced 3D vision and AI technology, Solomon provided Cristalerías Chile with the ability to enhance quality control in real-time, reduce waste from defective products, and improve overall productivity. The project marks a pivotal step in applying Solomon’s innovative AI-driven solutions within the Claro Group, showcasing the potential to scale these technologies across glassware supply chains.
Through the pilot, Solomon demonstrated how its AI and 3D vision technologies can reduce manual intervention, minimize errors, and enable real-time inventory tracking, setting new standards for operational efficiency in industrial environments.
