Dual Arm Bin Picking
Two robots simultaneously pick randomly placed objects from a bin, boosting throughput by up to 50%. Advanced collision avoidance ensures smooth, efficient operation as both arms reach into the bin. Leveraging NVIDIA Isaac, path calculation is significantly faster than conventional ROS systems, making this solution ideal for logistics and warehouse automation.
3D Vision & NVIDIA Isaac Motion Planning
Easily set target points directly on 3D CAD models, eliminating the need for a traditional teaching pendant. The system intelligently calculates optimal paths while avoiding obstacles, ensuring precise and efficient motion planning. Fully integrated with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, it delivers exceptional performance and reliability for seamless deployment.
One-Shot Learning Object Recognition
With just a single image, AccuPick can instantly learn to recognize an item, allowing the robot to pick it up accurately while ensuring the correct angle and orientation. This streamlines deployment and reduces setup time for various automation tasks.
AR + AI Intelligent Assembly Guidance System
AR and AI guide engine assembly using real-time spatial and object data. AI image recognition ensures accuracy, verifies steps, and records electronic history. Using NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, it enables high-performance edge processing for efficiency.
Micro Defect Detection
Uses webcam to detect defects, supports multiple devices, and employs AI for quality inspections and assembly guidance. It maintains electronic records and leverages NVIDIA technologies, including Triton and RTX structure, for advanced performance.
Intelligent Retail AI Checkout System
Uses NVIDIA Triton and DeepStream for edge computing and IP cam integration. It recognizes products, calculates prices, and supports multiple payment options, streamlining the checkout process for a seamless shopping experience.
Toolbox Inspection
META-aivi with Modbus indicator alerts provides an efficient detection and notification solution. Through AI visual recognition, packaging compliance can be quickly inspected, while the inspection results are used to instantly control industrial indicators via Modbus communication. This enables operators to promptly respond to anomalies, significantly enhancing production efficiency and quality while reducing human errors. It is suitable for various scenarios, including manufacturing and logistics industries.
Wiring Inspection
META-aivi using AR glasses for wiring inspection can significantly enhance efficiency and accuracy. Real-time images and comparison of the on-site visuals with AI models are used to quickly identify whether the wiring complies with design standards or if there are anomalies, such as connection errors, damage, or non-compliant components. During the inspection process, users can keep their hands free and receive detailed inspection results, correction suggestions, and step-by-step guidance directly in their field of view. This reduces human judgment errors, improves operational safety and reliability, and is particularly suitable for maintenance and troubleshooting in complex wiring environments.
