丹麥商UNIVERSAL ROBOTS（優傲科技）為全球最大協作機器人供應商，市占率拿下60%，看準亞洲市場的快速發展，正醞釀在亞洲地區投資第二條組裝生產線，但有鑒於美中貿易戰以及各國關稅政策波動影響，即使中國是很大的市場，但並不考慮在中國設立組裝生產線。

UR最早於2005年在丹麥成立，於2008年推出全球第一款協作型機器人，從2011年至2017年以來，營收的年複合成長率高達66%，去年營收達到1.7億美元，年增率72%，創下歷史新高紀錄，今年將再挑戰翻倍的成長目標。

全球協作機器人市場達未來的成長潛力

據研究機構預估，2017年全球協作機器人市場達到2.83億美元，今年將成長至4.59億美元，到了2022年更飛快躍增至32.69億美元的規模，可見其協作機器人未來的成長潛力。

亞洲工業機器人市場急速成長

2017年亞洲工業機器人市場成長37%，主要動能來自於中國與台灣，汽車、電機電與金屬仍為導入自動化技術的主要垂直產業，而在協作機器人的部分，人類開始與機器人共享工作空間，並在沒有圍欄的情況下也能安全進行協作任務，為生產與非工業領域的應用開啟新的可能性。

台灣在地的協作機器人安裝率逐漸增加，與全球市場同步成長，應用遍及各種產業，包括汽車、電子專業製造服務、LCD製造、半導體、金屬加工與塑膠成型等，以取放、搬運、組裝與檢測為主要應用。

UR全球總裁Jurgen von Hollen今年特別遠從海外前來台灣參加台北國際自動化工業大展，就是看準了亞洲市場的蓬勃發展，他表示，去年亞洲市場的成長速度達60~70%，高於歐美國家的50%，預計5年之後，市場的規模將超越歐美國家，為深耕佈局亞洲市場，正考慮加碼投資設立第2條生產線。

Jurgen von Hollen表示，設立組裝生產線最大的考量當然是選擇成長性最高的地區，勞力成本並不是主要因素，最大的成本在於運籌管理、物流倉儲、配送運輸等，不過現在各國關稅政策波動很大，同時也需要考慮到當地的政治、經濟等因素，因此在中國設生產線不見得有利。

中小企業成為協作機器人最大的潛力市場

Jurgen von Hollen也表示，協作機器人最大的市場潛力，除了大型企業的採用之外，全球有高達97%都是中小企業，不過現在多數的中小企業都不會利用協作機器人降低成本、增加效率，這次一塊很大且值得開發的市場。

另外，Jurgen von Hollen指出，公司在全球擁有高達60%的市占率，在部分的地區與國家的市占率更高達90%，與全球300家的通路合作夥伴保持緊密合作，在台灣的部分，就是透過所羅門經銷。

UR+與台灣經銷商所羅門合作之產品為ACCUPICK，該ACCUPICK  3D先進的人工智慧視覺系統由所羅門自主研發，適用於各種撿取功能的應用情境，包括隨機物件夾取等，其目標應用產品包括一級汽車製造商、搬運、電子與食品包裝等，已經在台灣與日本市場獲得很大的迴響，歐美市場也展現高度的興趣，而其特殊的應用例如掃描博物館藝術品以供3D數位保存。
